People are incline to play there own rules when it comes to relationships instead of playing by the original rules that all will work out fine if there is trust, honesty, respect and communication. If you don't have those, you have nothing to build on.
The Games People Play
The mind goes wandering,
Long through the night,
Thinking of the rules,
That made the game play right.
Asking all the right questions,
Leaving nothing left out,
Being honest and truthful,
That’s what true loves about.
The games that people play,
Are boggling at times,
When you play impractical games,
With other people’s minds.
Not knowing what to expect,
From the hurting rules you play,
Twisting and bending them,
In the games that people play.

Sad but true dear cousin, for although in a perfect world truth, honesty, loyalty, faithfulness etc. would all be the basis of all relationships but the sad reality is that I believe these are the exceptions to the rule and not the norm. Games and players are often played out in a continuous cycle that participants half the time aren't even aware they are in the game. Perhaps that is what makes love so special...maybe if it was too effortless it would not be worth the price we often pay.
