Congratulations once again. I can't help but feel you have chosen the right man. Given a chance I feel Barack Obama will prove to be a great President. I have listened to him talk and found God and love within his heart. He has my respect.

He has a heart, he’s so willing to share,
From the beginning, He shows how he cares.
He believes in God, and that is a plus,
He needs your trust, for success that’s a must. Give him a chance and you will surely see,
He’ll be the greatest President ,he was meant to be.
He has intelligent, intrigrity and all the rest,
Not only him but his people are blessed.
He will prove his devotion in every way,
The moment he’s taken over on the very first day.
He shares his smile and a welcoming ear,
So willing to show his people they have no fear.
Willing to listen to all they have to say,
Without turning his thoughts the other way.
He’ll take care of women, Men and children alike,
For all the wrong doings, he’s willing to fight.
He’ll make our world a better place to live,
By sharing with us all he has to give.
He’s a family man with pride he shows,
See him with his family as his love glows.
A helper, a healer, a fighter of problems you’ll see,
This President you have was meant to be.
He needs your trust, respect and above all your love,
To guide him with strength from our God above.
Barack Obama was voted in by no mistake,
For his place in the Whitehouse he's chosen to take.

Good work, Rose. I will do everything that I can, in my role as an obsessive volunteer, to help. You know, we have spent so many years celebrating our imperfect world and doing everything we can to make it worse. Turning this madness around is going to be difficult, but it will be impossible if we do not, every one of us, try.
Wonderfully written dearest Rose, but alas as everyone has the right to their opinions and choices, mine is not with this Person! Acutally I can't stand the sight of him, or anything he stands for..It's been said that his intellectual wit, and our Prime Minister Kevin Rudd, should be a good match...Yikes Obama and the baby faced two faced assassin .........Tall timber is a calling me mate LOL..

A touching write my friend, I agree with Linda for his success we must all work together. It's a tough time for everyone right now, and it's going to take a while for things to turn around, he has come into office at a rough time. We must bind together through prayer, support, trust, faith and unity to get our country back on track! Enjoyed this much!

All we can do is pray and trust. He cannot walk on water; but God can help him thru this; but we must do our part!!!!! I wouldn't trade with him for all the money in the world....jeez. A wonderful tribute to our new President. Sounds like he's getting down to business. A lot of pressure on him ... all we can do is keep him in our prayers.
I have faith in Obama that he will do well in making changes for the Americans. I wish that we also have a strong leader too in Canada to make changes too.
I hope so for the world is surely in need of a leader and the office of President of the United States, even as a Canadian I must admit is the closest thing we have to one. I too think he is a good man but will need lots of support for there are things he will do that will not please all but that is the job, it is not to be popular but to try and make things right for the majority. Good opinion expressed her cuz.
