A call from the Doctor at the hospital says our Neice Janet is now breathing on her own but still not out of danger, she finally came to and knew nothing about her son being born. I thank you all for your prayers and hope it won't be too long when she will be out of ICU and able to see him and hold him. Bless each of you.

Angels Stand at Our Side

A wonderful sigh of relief,
A breath on her own,
We pray to God above,
Please let her go home.
Home to their dear baby boy,
To hold in her arms, and to  love
To see for the first time since birth,
This precious gift from God above.

Prayers are the strength,
They are needed every day,
As the Angels stand at our side,
They help guide our way.
God has a decision to make,
Does he really need her today,
Or give her time to raise her son,
To watch his first step and run at play.

Whatever His choice is,
We can’t question why,
Although it will break our hearts,
Many tears we will cry,
She’s just a young woman,
Starting out in her knew life,
God above knows only too well,
She’ll be a perfect Mom & devoted wife

Rose,
Your neice is in my prayers, Rose. I also have a prayer request. My sister in law Nancy is in the hospital with pneumonia and she also has cancer of the lymp nodes. We will pray for each other. God bless.

My goodness - how traumatic for you and yours, Rose. I am so sorry to hear of this shaky start for both mother and child but believe absolutely that angels will guard and guide the situation. The passage of childbirth is a miracle EVERY time and we underestimate the grave dangers involved as it is such a natural phenomenon that we otherwise take for granted. This lovely poem will stand as testimony to the love, faith and solidarity you have shown in the face of such vulnerability. Bless you and the lives of the tender ones you speak so heartmeltingly of. We look forward to good news soon. xx
