How can I miss someone
I've never met?
How can I miss
His touch,
His scent,
The sound of
His voice,
His kiss,
When I've never known
Any of them?
How can I be so certain
He exists?
Am I alone in these feelings?
Does he,
Whoever he is,
Miss me as well?
Or is a lifetime of loneliness
Making me delusional?
I pray I am not,
And that one day
We'll find one another,
If we haven't already;

We will finally see
