Sometimes American History....Makes me nauseous.....

I recall sitting high above Cody, Wyoming up at Clock Tower and feeling the spirits of the past there and Chief Joseph. The indians, all tribes are part of man everywhere. It's a spirit that many still deny but is control in the world of Americans.

Certainly not one to be very proud of, right? This nation has performed many cruel and inhumane acts, but then again no worse than any other great nation.... Great write...

Well done my friend, I too get a bit overwhelmed and ashamed at what the white man did to the Native Americans...I count my blessings that my Cherokee ancestors survived and found refuge in the mountains of North Carolina, Tennesee and Kentucky...for without them I wouldn't be who I am today...proud of my Native American heritage. Great write my friend!

What we wasichu--whiteman--have done to the Native Americans ... taken their land, their lives, their language ... shameful. A powerful, heartfelt tribute to the FIRST Americans, the People. Well done.
