FLUID FLAME Fluid flame Stoked melancholy Dancing smiles In her moonbeam eyes Salty tear trickles I close mine so tightly Suffocating distance Distressing Quite depressing Dull ache Bitter thorn Splits my childish heart Familiar agony Drooping shoulder blades Delicious dream Beyond social analysis Sleepwalking Arm in arm Sentimental waltz Alas Reality Pricks the veil of inspiration Chimerical fancy Another lonely night � Bill Grimes Jr. 2007

Lovely evocative title.

These short line breaks give a whole list of impressions, contrasts in the author's inner world, in the middle of his "lonely night".

In the fluid blue of the water, expectations can multiply.
