Someone's Fantasy

So many thoughts flow through my mind,
another moment shared
on the phone,
on the internet,
on the bus, or in a restaurant.

Always becoming someone's  fantasy,
and no one's reality.
It makes for a lonely life,
wandering aimlessly in the depths
of those fantasies.

Wishing to become a reality,
to touch more than an imagination,
of what the woman really is,
the desire, the heart, the soul.

Diving into a conversation,
that leaves no room for physical
connections, only imagining
what it could be like.

Satisfied with just a laugh,
a sound of a warm voice,
that can ignite an imagination
of a fantastical love experience.

How can this be enough?
Why not take it to the next level,
cross that fantasy barrier
and grab a hold of my reality!
