Through a father’s eyes Emotions can’t hide A father’s great pride Today a new bride A stroll down the aisle A changing of charge A lingering smile She has come so far. Like a scepter passed Vows lovingly cast They turn now as one He welcomes his son Yet his heart feels the loss (c) Michael R Wood 2002
