Marvel of the Night I gaze on Your Splendor
in the firmament of Your Handiwork

For a noiseless testimony
In solitude of my heartbeat

Listen to my cry and plea
Of love, hope, and embrace
Just Human Nature at work
I believe or is it Prayer?

Under a canopy of stars I steal away to a Spot
Here I know of an unmistakable truth
of why, how, what, and where

The Power of Him over all living on earth
my worth but a drop in the ocean
Your protection is so great
and marvelous indeed

I am prompted with interests and desires
instead of blessings, thanksgiving and homage

Let me never die of a sudden death
or let my brother fall into the hands of the enemy
To only dive back into messages of love
a meaning in life

To be still and gain strength
yet blend in the cakewalk of despair
I go against the flow

Keep me safe
Through thick and thin
turning defeat into victories

Apart from you
I have no good thing.
