I take refuge in Your shielded stronghold
At sunrise the peace of my writing mind
I arrived at love unshaken in the pages of time

Revelations...
He makes expert use of the mountains and valleys of time
to carve me

Yet I am lifted to sing
A critical engagement in time
Patiently poured
An Overflowing cup of careful measured expectations
I feel Your presence

Out of focus timeline with susceptibility to
short fused anger
Hijacked expectations and schedule

And the foolishness I have done
Yes...
I am placed into His waiting room on purpose

Behind the scenes finding myself
I am at loss for words
His time is not mine but the right time

Virtuous living
letting me stay
My eyes are revealed and washed
to a place where there is no idleness of awareness

Yes, light rims the green mountains
graced by the embrace of blue water

Glimpses of what I was born to
formed by His Hand
