in breath of spirit I feel light headed when you arrive I let go of the worldly surrounding familiar hardscapes of form and matter your truth, shines revealing your heart and soul as I peer into your eyes you peer out as if through mine life force energy is a pleasure of mind delightfully spring and exquisitely gratifying I feel my heart warm rush with well being and vitality when toes wiggle and ankles orbit heavy shoes drop away exposing soft bare feet
