I am Happy, the smiley sunshine dog
I am Happy, happier than the frog

I smile, I laugh, and I play all day
My master says I am here to stay

I am so pretty I know I am
but I am hardly a little lamb

Don’t call me ugly for I’ll feel sad
I’ll mope around all day just to get mad

But if you ask me to be your friend
I’ll be your friend 'til the very end.

Love your poem and your pic. And Happy looks a lot like my Highway - also now a very happy Pit Bull that I rescued on the Interstate suffering from a broken leg. He now smiles all the time, too.

very cute. Our dog is rescued. Her name is Mercy. I thought it was an appropiate name, plus when she gets into trouble, it's no Mercy!
