Transcendental Wishes & Full Sails…
Into the surrendering stillness
of this glorious meadow
we are offered to bathe
among the wild flowers
dancing with fragrant perfumes
and the riches of sweet clover
where we gaze upon the infinitudes
of life’s unyielding breadth
Knowing upon first glance
within the endlessness of this vast eventide
that there is something magical about the rising moon
and the haunt of the dreadlock clouds
that fasten a gray mirage up above our thoughts
uniting this heavenly kingdom of possibility
while we explore the windfall sky
with our innumerous choices
It’s as if the canvas of the taunting storm
were instead the secrets of a treasure island
with crystal clear streams, and jeweled bays
adorned majestically with limbs of shading palms
and assorted gemstones from the sea
Delighting our visions we gather the conch shells
to horn an echo into the sacred mountains
sprayed with the fertility of whispery dreams
and the breathlessness within the sonata of love
as we joyfully parade with our ideas
creating another adventure with new beginnings
inseparable by our desired moments
we become the vision inside the serenity of our minds eye
wondering who wrote our names
upon the uncountable stars
Allowing the laughter inside our souls to spill
upon an esteemed embrace known to love
while we continue walking within this vintage
across the imaginary skyward shores
and the ample room of this beatific endlessness
the psalms inside our hearts sing
laying in this meadow of sweet nectar
looking upward at the buttermilk clouds
where our unleashed imagination is the dancing artist
creating life with transcendental wishes & full sails…

I found myself wandering, truly amazed at what I was discovering, Vickie, and it was all because of your smoldering and delightful quill and paper upon which you transcribed this grandiose bit of Poetry.
You took me in the deep embraces of Gods treasures here on earth. Who would not love the way you write? You are remarkable person with a God given gift that goes far beyond anything I could ever imagine. That's you! Live with it. Yes, I do love you! Your friend in Christ.
