The mad hatter’s trumpet echoes into the forest
Where the pine needles meld under moonshine
Near the river basin seeping into the hidden ravine
Spawning intimately with the currents of solitude
Plucking poison ivy from the towering river birch
To dry among the headgerow's fresh wild mushrooms
With a wood match to then set fire to toxic smoke
Signaling that the ashen danger of intrusion is over
And that the heart’s key dangles from the willows
Sparkling prisms like brand new crystal rain drops
Polishing the cusps of my soul with new meaning
As I sing with the mad hatter’s echoing trumpet
The truth of the forest comes alive…

Heart's key dangles from the willows sparkling prisms
like brand new crystal rain drops..Seeping in to the soul
the forest comes alive.. vivacious and magical

Mice sweet poem that is soothing and healing. I like the fact that the heart of the poem brings my soul to nature and make my heart conform to eat in these modern times where nature is fading and becoming distant from our lives. Nature is life and medicine that cleanses all maladies
Peace be with you, love deep in your heart with blessings overflowing,
