God shakes a glowing star
from its perch high above.
Golden dust sprinkles down
to children's dreams, in love.
Filling dreams with magic,
showering sleep in songs,
stardust melodies play,
for children all night long.
His hand thus gently sifts
the twinkles so sublime,
filling hearts with sweetness
until the end of time.
