Oh Marilyn! You write with such beauty. Your words strike the heart. And the music enhances it to make this poem a magical journey into paradise! The poetry we write tells so much about us, and this poem tells me a story that only my senses can understand.
Yours in friendship always. Bill

A beautiful little capture of emotion and keepsake... this poem itself is a keepsake... whenever I think of pearls I think of "pearls of wisdom" or "pearls of experience" this is about pearls of love ;)
Marilyn,
This I really loved for several reasons, but the main one is I have a necklace that was given to me as a gift, it is a Jade Elephant. Whenever I wear it, I find myself constantly touching it and thinking about the person who gave it to me! Thanks for sharing this poem!
Sigh.. a masterpiece for a masterpiece! Marilyn, pearls are the lucky ones here! How lovely to hear Clare de Lune.. a favorite..and to compare these gems to the moon.. simply perfect! love, katy.
Mariln, you - my friend - have truly outdone yourself on this write. It is stunningly beautiful. My pleasure to read :) ~Trish~
