How great it would be to know the depths of the sea.
You formed them with the touch of Your hand and
Gently rolled them back across the land.
Land You called shore. Just so far as not to soak The gentleness of the sand.

I call Friend?
You gave the birds song as they tottle along.
Against the wind as we watch their tiny wings
Bend ever so gently as they come to rest in the
Nest that appears so majestic in form.
Who is this Man
I call Friend?
You shower us with love that You send from
Above in ways that seem hidden. If we look
With our hearts and know from the start that
We , Your creation were formed for Your joy.
Then eyes could behold the sights and pleasures
Untold from the One who walks the streets of
Gold.
Who is this Man
I call Friend?
Can we, creation, who were formed long ago
Explain the mysteries of the winter snow?
Do we dare even try to make sense of it all
When He who knows all is in charge?
No matter what we say or think we could
Never comprehend the might and power
Of the Man we call Friend!
How great is the love the Father has lavished
On us, that we should be called children of God!
And that is what we are. From the fullness of
God’s grace we have received one blessing
After another.
