Poem Artwork

            We are here.

          This is it.

          Past went thataway.

          Tomorrow's up

  For grabs.

           Believe in After,

          Keep the faith.

                     Now.  We are talking Now.
            T
his moment, this Earth,
            This you, this I.

         Here we are.
            It is this!

Astonishing when we open our eyes to look at life in this capacity...maybe if we treasured now than the world might slow down and stop some of the constant insanity that seems to thrive on chaous of tomorrow.

This is called Gestalt Therapy invented by Frederic S. Perls. Gestalt Therapy stands on two legs the here and the now - those with an incomplete gestalt are shallow - everything is grounded in awareness...Todaaaaay is a great mind-adjuster and liberating - the past is no more - the future is not yet...

Sage, your sparkler gliterati tie-dying Todaaaaay's t-shirt!
