                Angel in Disguise - by: Linda Law

Are you an angel in disguise?
Are you the devil in my dreams
Are you the one to make me cry
Show me which one you are
And I will follow you...

Are you the one who wants my heart?
Are you the one who wants to try
Are you the one up in the clouds
Tell me which one you are
And I will follow you...

One day you promise me your heart
Then you take it back as if you never spoke
Which one are you, show me your face
Or will you leave without a trace?

I love you both you surely know
The good, the  untrue are all you
You've shown me both, I read the clues
And I will follow you...

Are you an angel in disguise?
Are you the devil in my dreams
Are you the one who makes me cry
Tell me which one you are
And I will always follow you.

They say their is a thin line between love and hate. I have gone that route and believe me itis true. Great write.

Felix is right, this would make a good country western song, this is so true, you get to a point where you are like, out with it, which are you, lol! The painting is "Flaming June" by Frederic, Lord Leighton, my favorite painter ever.

Great, something is going on and the angel is in disguise surely. Keep hoping and everything will turn out all right in the end. surely it will with faith.

Sad when men promise to treat their women like angels, but then they turn out to be devils in sheep's clothing; too many women going through this! Excellent write, Linda; well done!
