Meeting, Loving, Meeting

You watched me From across the room With gestures From your hands I walked over Carrying a flute Filled with champagne Handing it to you We toasted that night To all kinds of things To your intelligence For picking me out We left together Our hands entwined I got in my car Followed you home As you opened the door I couldn't resist I ran inside To give you the sweetest kiss I spent the night No sleep at all Come early morn We held our bodies tight I showered Dressed Kissed you. .. See you, half past six. .. ...

This poem hits home more through what it hints at than by what it actually says...sexy, sweet, lighthanded evocation. So well done!
