It was early morning Just before sunrise Her scent was in the air We always made love Before getting up She always initiated Waking up with kisses Touches and caresses Knowing you are loved What better way To start a day I knew I was blessed I watched her sleep An angel she was My guardian With my Index finger I traced her face She awoke As soon as I Started kissing her lips "Good morning my sweetheart Are you ready For breakfast in bed "
