She asked where
Did I work-
I said K-mart
O-h-h-h-h-h...
My partner has a shop with many customers. Almost daily, she tells me a story of a customer who made it big and spent a lot of money on "showing off" and then, as a result of one circumstance or another, lost it all. Some still refused to do "low-level" work and some even ended up on the street.
Another old cliché: Don't judge a book by its cover.

A 1000 page book in the few lines of this poem!! Wonderful!
"Fair-weather friend" for sure! First of all she is wearing the fur of an animal. Did she kill the animal for food? apparel? Oh, don't get me started. LOL!
