Psa 118:24 — This [is] the day [which] the LORD hath made; we will rejoice and be glad in it.

IF TODAY WERE MY LAST DAY If today were my last day, how would I live? I'd take every moment to cheerfully give. I'd contact my loved ones and tell them good-bye, Praise God and Thank God and not question why. Then choose to be faithful, when the sun starts to set, Knowing today, is not over yet. Yes, if today were my last day, here's what I'd do, Rejoice and be glad, 'cause I shared it with you.

I know what I'd do because I've been in the place where I've faced my own mortality. Yes, there are tears and fears but there is also the gift that presents itself in every moment we're alive. Life is precious. What a gift you have.

William, this wonderful poem was a gentle reminder for me to prioritize my life (especially as the summer comes to a close, and with it, my vacation from work-- I have been mourning the "last days" of my freedom instead of making the most of them!)
I enjoyed my visit to your den and will visit again soon!
