God Bless America!

Poem Artwork

Sixty-four boarded in Washington

Flight seven seven bound for L.A.

And nobody knew, except for a few,

The true destination that day.

The cabin prepared for the take off.

The pilot got clearance to go.

But once in the air, some passengers there,

Had suddenly taken control.

While at the pentagon, business as usual.

No one had even a clue,

Their fate would be met, by a suicide jet,

In the land of the red, white and blue.

Well Americans are not going to cower

And terrorists will someday regret.

September eleventh two thousand and one.

America will never forget!

Dedicated to all who lost their lives at the United States Pentagon on September 11, 2001.

Filled of so much emotions. Thanks to the NYPD and FDNY for taking immediate control. New Yorkers will never forget the sounds, the flames and the panic to rush and get our kids from school to have them home with us. September 11th, has been placed in our hearts and Bill, thanks to much for writing about it and making sure that everyone doesn't forget.

God bless you.

Karen
