So often we run from our own lives and the frustrations we encounter. We have only to take control to get ourselves back on track.
Where am I? Who am I? Feeling so confused, as I run towards nowhere in particular. All I can feel is the pounding of my heart. My breathing begins to quicken as my running starts to speed up. Why am I here? There must be a reason, as there is a reason for everything we do. I feel the madness setting in.
How did I come to this and why? Always the question why.Looking all around I see faces. Faces with no expressions, just empty eyes staring at me from every corner. Blank faces with no names. Afraid of what I might find on the next turn.
Should I keep going, or should I stop? Another question. There is help out there, I know it. But where and who can I trust. My life is unravelling and what must I do to keep it together?I close my eyes and wish that I was anywhere but here.
But where would I go? Where will I be safe from the world? I continue to run, not dare stopping to take the time to look and figure out where I am. I continue turning corners but finding no one and nothing that is familiar to me.This is crazy, or is it me?
Scared and alone in my own little mind, in my own little world. I have to get myself on track or life is worth nothing. But life is worth everything. Then I make one more turn and realize its time to slow down, time to stop, to think about who I am,what I want and why I am here. To finally put a name to the faces I see. Its time I learn to trust again. My life is worth living.

I think this is great. It is the way so many of us feel at times and just as hopeless as you portray is. Good work. Love your FAVOURITE sister-in-law, Diae.
I must say, you speak of truth, the real life in which we live. I love it, you made my heart beat fast as I wanted the words to continue. Give us more.
