Don't ever waste your time going to the site - TV.com!

After registering last night, I returned tonight, to post a review. After reading the instructions, I then wrote the text in WORD, returned, and pasted it.

The first OOPS! message would not ALLOW my CAPS, because that was rude, like shouting. So, as I was not going to waste more time by re-editing the entire piece, I simply converted the entire 387 words to lower case, deleted the first text, re-pasted the corrected text, and added a footnote pertaining thereto.

Then the second OOPS! message appeared, I had to supply a RATING - DID THAT, and clicked SUBMIT -

THIRD OOPS! Although all the text was still in the two separate boxes, each word count was reset to ZERO. SOOOOOOOOOOO - I had to enter a RETURN at the end of each box, and the word count numbers were shown again.

SUBMIT - another endless LOOP OF OOPS! I THEN SEARCHED THE ENTIRE SITE, LOOKING FOR A "CONTACT US" BUTTON - NONE COULD BE FOUND!

TIME OUT! DONE! FINITO! NO MORE! So I returned to my email confirmation, in order to send them a rotten message to "PUT YOUR LOUSY SITE WHERE THE SUN DON'T SHINE!"

Then, I discovered IT was an AUTO-REPLY ADDRESS that you can't write back to! DUH!

So, for your edification and WARNING - this is now posted here!

REVIEW - Although I only just watched the show once, last night, I feel that the HORROR evoked makes the old VIGILANTE films of Charles Bronson, seem like SESAME STREET!

The concept of a vigilante effecting justice by killing MANIACS that the law can’t get, is a good one. And while I do believe in the old concept of - an eye for an eye, and a tooth for a tooth - from Leviticus - in today’s modern and “hip” society, a line needs to be drawn somewhere!

Another MANIAC CHOPPING UP OTHER MANIACS might just be a bit much!
It CRIES OUT - “CRUEL AND UNUSUAL PUNISHMENT”!

Looking at the overall TRASH offered to viewers nowadays, we have jumped a gargantuan leap - from a cute little VAMPIRE KILLER, BUFFY - to a really nice, handsome hunk vampire named ANGEL, to CHARMED SISTER WITCHES, with unbelievable DEMONS that defy understanding - to a GHOST WHISPERER, who sees DEAD people - to PATRICIA ARQUETTE, who SEES BOTH DEAD PEOPLE AND THE FUTURE - to another fast and furious vampire, who is a detective avenger, who can’t die (watched THAT show only once also, I don’t even remember the name) - to DEXTER, a MANIACAL MISFIT who MURDERED INNOCENT ANIMALS AS A KID, and whose FATHER CONDONED IT!

OH - yeah, unless I be remiss, now the TERMINATOR is back, MACHINES from the FUTURE trying to MURDER PEOPLE!

I LOVE SCIENCE FICTION - BUT, BY GOD, TOO MUCH IS TOO MUCH!

TWO WRONGS DON’T MAKE A RIGHT! NEVER DID! NEVER WILL!

Whatever happened to the concept of a HERO who was so good with a gun, that he could disarm a VILLAIN WITHOUT KILLING HIM? Or CAINE, a MARTIAL ARTS EXPERT who could spout FAR EASTERN PHILOSOPHY? Or how about the character, PALLADIN, in “HAVE GUN, WILL TRAVEL” played by Richard Boone, who was a GUNSLINGER who quoted SHAKESPEARE?

Then, there was a whole slew of BIG SCREEN HEROES, like: John Wayne, Alan Ladd, Hopalong Cassidy, Daniel Boone, Jim Bowie, 007 - JAMES BOND, and now even INDIANA JOBES - HARRISON FORD - IS COMING BACK!

For my money, you can keep DEXTER - and any other PSYCHOPATHIC HEROES!
