Is this site engaged in massive copyright infringement?
I discovered the link below on Google to unauthorized copies of my work originally posted on Scribd.
DocShare,tips appears to be a stealth platform upon which anyone can load anything, and then the platform, whose operators are unidentified, claim ownership of the copyright.
DocShare,tips does not respond to email including takedown notices. Scribd denies a relationship with DocShare.tips although the works are mirror images of work posted on Scribd, but with different traffic numbers accumulated. Following my request for help from Scribd, Scribd denied me access to my documents at its site, so I cannot remove them. Scribd continues to display my work using its scribd url.
I am asking authorities to conduct an investigation into what appears to be a massive unethical if not criminal violation of federal law. Any information you have will be deeply appreciated.
