Sweetwater's intellectual property The Biker Chronicles http://sagesweetwater.tripod.com/ has turned real estate. The architect has been hired to flesh out a one-of-a-kind set of master blueprints for Sweetwater's Harley bars, 'Brothers, Jugs and Weed,' another spin-off to her biker film backed by the Harley-Davidson Motor Company, 'The Biker Chronicles: Outlaw's Revenge.'

In 1988, Sweetwater's biker story, 'Brothers, Jugs and Weed' was published in a major motorcycle magazine. She wrote seven other Harley-Davidson biker stories to make it eight, and in the early '90s, took them into the recording studio, narrating the tales backed with Celtic renaissance music.

Sweetwater wrote The Biker Chronicles board game and Two Editions of the electronic Biker Chronicles Jeopardy Game spinning off from the audio and the film . Sweetwater has written additional storylines to include country Music Star Hank Williams Jr. whiskey label, 'Popcorn Sutton's Tennessee White Whiskey' the moonshine that can and will be legally brewed in Colorado from a copper still Sweetwater wrote into 'The Biker Chronicles: Outlaw's Revenge.'

Sweetwater's franchised biker bars, 'Brothers, Jugs and Weed' are a hybrid cross of the popular 'Hooters' and Country Music Star Toby Keith's 'I Love This Bar & Grill.' The prototype 'Brothers, Jugs and Weed' is currently underway and under the direction of the hired architect who is a biker. Once that blueprint goes green, construction will begin.

A concept will be used to sell 'Brothers, Jugs and Weed' franchises. Tying in real estate from a Sweetwater intellectual property for a High-Concept spin-off, there will be a film crew assigned, and a mini movie filmed with active biker footage. The finished film will then be posted on social media sites and Youtube. Sweetwater has left Cripple Creek for Aspen!

With the revival of Harley Davison from the dead and biker chic on the rise, tattooed to the hilt, the franchising of the concept should be a big hit making Hooters passé until Hooters is again revived when all these tattooed freaks discover that it's impossible to remove them even with repeated surgeries and road burns from bike spills. You got a love your tattoos, they're with you for life.
