I had spent maybe an hour or more, on a long summary here - after posting 3 sections below - went to the bottom of the page to add 3 words in the Keywords - then hit UPDATE ... THE WHOLE DAMNED THING EVAPORATED!

ALL MY TEDIOUS WORK - NOT SAVED ANYWHERE BY AD - ERGO, NOT EVEN IN MY 'HISTORY' - GONE! NADA!

THIS HAS HAPPENED BEFORE - I HAVE COMPLAINED BEFORE - BUT IT MIGHT COST A 'NICKLE' TO FIX - SO NOTHING IS EVER DONE!

ANOTHER EXAMPLE OF 'CORPORATE GREED'!

1. Back in October, prior to buying a Wood Pellet Stove, your website listed both Bags of pellets, as well as Pallets, and their prices. Now, neither can be found! I wrote before, with this complaint!

2. I bought a stove at your White Marsh, MD. Store in October. The stove, plus the Chimney set, plus 5 bags of pellets cost $75.00 for Delivery, which was fine! I spent almost FIFTEEN HUNDRED DOLLARS!

3. Since then, I have been forced to go and lug these heavy bags home myself.
WHY? Because apparently, your corporate greed has affixed $75.00 as a minimum delivery charge. Consider this fact - the last store visit, when I asked 2 personnel what the cost of a Pallet-Load was, and how many Bags were in it - 40? 50? They both shrugged their shoulders, did not bother to look it up on the computer, and GUESSED at “Maybe close to $300.00 Bucks” and couldn’t tell me how many bags! HOW PROFESSIONAL!

4. SO - at $6./Bag - that $75. Delivery charge would be like Taking Back 12.5 Bags from my purchase! SO - if a pallet contained 50 bags, I’d really only NET 37.5 Bags - if 40 - then only 27.5 Bags! DOES THAT SOUND FAIR?

5. SO - yesterday, I went to your competitor’s store - which is actually closer to my home, Home Depot - their pellets were on Sale for $5. Bag, but their delivery charge is as Outrageous as yours!

In closing, I am 69 years old, Retired, Broke, trying to survive by burning pellets, because of BGE’S CORPORATE GREED, AND LUGGING 40 POUND BAGS - in the car, out of the car, then up a flight of steps is NO PICNIC!

Congress just SCREWED all of us old folks out of TWO YEARS OF NO INCREASE IN BENEFITS, yet gave themselves a 3% RAISE - the Pharmaceutical companies, Insurance companies, Gasoline companies, Food stores, et cetera - ARE ALL SCREWING US - is that Your plan also?
