Triune God, divine three as One"

How is it that three are as one? Three divine persons, One God? A wondrous divine mystery revealed in truth in God's Word.
Today as I contemplated on the Lord, my attention was on the three persons in One God. I can remember as a small child that it was that my Irish mother, Margaret told me a story about the sweet, sweet shamrocks that grow in Ireland. How is it that a plant can grow and have three distint leaves, yet are one. Today I cherish this story in my heart. It was that I have always loved God. I am most thankful for obedient parents who loved me and brought me up to know that there is God. Bring a child up in the ways of the Lord, and she will know His ways. That is what my parents taught me. Yet it was not until April 10, l980 that I received the Son, Jesus Christ in my heart. It was when I accepted Him in a personal relationship that I met the second person in the Blessed Trinity. The third person, the Holy Spirit made His home in my heart. It was God's divine breath, His Spirit that moved in and throughout my very being. When I think of the Holy Spirit, words that come to my mind are breath, wind, fire, indwelling, comforter. It was that I chose to allow God's Holy Spirit to take a hold of my life and teach me in all willingness, and obedience in my life. The Triune God that I serve, the Father, Son, and the Holy Spirit are One.
Truly it is an honor serving this wondrous God. May all the praise and glory be given to the most Triune God. My earnest prayer is that others may know Him too...
