A confirmation in the Lord"

God answers prayers through others, if we have the faith to believe.
Last Sunday night, as I lay my head to sleep, I found myself in deep meditation and reaching upward in prayer. In my prayers, I found myself asking God many questions. "Lord, show me the way. Confirm in me Thy will. Please bless my finances in order to pursue Thy will upon my life." In an effort to promote my inspirational book of Paeans to reach others, I see many people who could be encouraged by reading this book written for the Lord, that can not read. Yet would love to hear the writings written for the Lord. I am now pursuing diligently the recording of Paeans on a CD, a talking book. It would touch many people who can't see to read, the blind, in nursing homes, etc.
An answer to prayer: It was on Monday morning that I had a podiatrist appointment. As I walked into the foot doctor's office, an elderly gentleman, spoke and said, "A top of the morning to you, my love." Gee I thought, an irishman, like myself. He said "No I am German." We laughed. He told me that he was a retired catholic priest that teaches kindergarten classes. Our conversation began. He overheard me talking to the nurses about my book for God. He wanted to hear more about my book that I had written for the Lord. As we spoke, a confirmation I heard from the Lord. He said, " Valerie, I would love to read your book, but I can't see to read any more." At that moment my heart was stirred and I was thankful for this confirmation from the Lord. He answered my prayers, from the night before.
So it is that I continue to record the book of Paeans, in an effort to touch others who can not read, yet are able to silently listen to the warmth of words so tenderly written for the Lord.
As I continue onward, I shall trust in the Lord, and lean not on my own understanding. I shall believe that God shall supply according to His riches in glory.
God moves in our lives each day, and in the silence of prayers that we offer up each day, He does answer. Sometimes we must be patient, and take one day at a time. Thank you Lord for my confirmation, may Thy will be done.
