Garden Fairy

Spontaneous acts of lovingly placed attention and love last a lifetime.  The other day I was sulking.  Holding my cello ready to begin practicing and yet feeling bluesy, fraught with the mundane.  But then a fleeting figure, a visible blessing of invisible power, appeared silently resting a bag on our backyard patio.  She disappeared in a blink.  This timely movement had a Grace that brought tears to my eyes.  It affirmed my belief in a loving Earth, and without hesitation I dropped my inner burdens.  The power of love exists in every breath we take.  As for the bag, inside were juicy fiery red tomatoes, meant for some serious sandwiches. 

Seeds are sown.  And given.  And the divine reclaims us, awakening us, humbling us.  The continuum of giving and receiving freely flows.
