During my first tenure here in 2003, I posted a series of seven poems, each one centered around a medieval fantasy character.  The characters -- bard, druid, paladin, priest, rogue, sorceror, and warrior -- are the basic ones found in most fantasy roleplaying games, each one with his/her own motivation and perspective.  It was very fun and challenging to think of the different personas, and I included the group of poems in my first book, "The Ten-Digit Poet."
