Still loosing weight 4/15/2007 11:09:33 PM
I lost total of 46 pounds since Jan 23,2007 Just checking in here I been still continuing to loose weight. we moved and got all settled in and now I am slowly but surely getting more done that is positive here in our new place. I joined a low impact stretch class so that will help me feel better. It is a free class here where I live I thank God for this.
I am keeping busy with educating myself about Lupus and meeting others we are helping each other it is a way of healing for me and I have met some wonderful people in the process. So that is another blessing.
I hope you all are doing good and I thank each and everyone of you for your support. Thanks for being here for me. All your writings here on Authrosden helps me a lot to learn more about writing. I have met some wonderful people here who I am learning from.
