Hi everyone, I have an update on my health I saw the doctor monday I saw both my Lupus doctor and my GP doctor.
Good news is I lost 23 pounds I am very happy about that.
My blood sugar is great the numbers are in the 80s and 90s. My doctor said to continue doing what I am doing to keep the sugars down.
Lupus tests are doing better not normal but better then they were. So I am thankful. I am wheaning off the Prednisone so when I am off then I may be taken off the diabetis medicine. I am keeping positive to get off it.
The not so good news is my knees and hips knees are shot those were my doctors words so he is refering me to an orthopedic doctor so I will find out more when I go.
My hips been hurting a lot so not sure about it I know I have arthritis in the hips so I guess it is that. May have to get them x-rayed.
I go back to the doctors in 6 weeks and get AC1 test for blood sugar done so I will update then.
