DR. Stephen Covey states "We all think we see the world as it is, when in fact, we see the world as we are."
I say if this is true then "The flaws we most readily identify in others, are more likely flaws within ourselves."
Sometimes "Integrity means acting on the advice, we offer others."
I saw a great example of this at a local school, where I volunteered to serve thanksgiving dinner. I watch as parents worked very hard to convice their children to try the candied yams. "Parents said things like they are good for you, they taste great, and I love these." When the children continued to object and refuse to eat them, I offered parents some yams to which a large percentage of the parents decline to eat them.
Simply speaking "Integrity is doing what we tell others to do."
