Thoughts on moving to Las Nevada.A real change for me. Came down to Vegas on 1 July to a vacation rental Condo at Lake Las Vegas, a really nice resort. Stayed there for all of July and August. Moved into a nice Condo in South Las Vegas on 1 September. Sort of wierd for me because last time I was here for a wedding the Belagio I said I was probably never coming back and that I would never consider living here. Having said all that, I have been to Vegas at least ten times in my life and I never did like the strip area. Way too crowded for me. Sometimes there are so many tourists from other countries you sort of wonder wher you are. The Casinos and Hotels are magnificent,diverse,and loaded with entertainment,but no thanks! Now I have discovered the outer parts of the city,Casinos all over the place and every restaurant there is. All sorts of shopping and attractions. getting around the outer areas by car is not a problem. No "Fear and Loathing"! I'm actually enjoying the place! Go Figure! :-) Jacamo
