Another Day in "Paradice" 9/18/2008 9:00:39 PM
for new readers it is spelled correctly..Life is a gamble so I live in my own little "Paradice" Well, it has been a long and fairly disappointing day. No luck with getting a job, but did meet one of my on-line friends in person today. Hi LaLa if you read this. But missed meeting another friend I had scheduled to see. Sorry Deb. That's the wait goes in Paradice...crap out on some and win with a few. If I break even once in a while it would be nice..."endeavor to persevere." I wrote a couple new pieces today as I waited. I will try to get some posted soon. I do have acouple old works I may try and put on today..and yes "normals"it is 1 a.m. here and it is my day..but was up all night("normals" day...6 a.m.). It can always be worse and I've found in my life damn sure don't say it can't...lol.I Got my new eBiz up but not running yet..need more capital to gamble. "If you build it they will come"...and hopefully read and buy. If anyone can tell me how to get this computer to make money feel free to comment. Please do not suggest pawning it as I still owe on it. Dell might get mad if they can't find it.I did make a whopping $73.00 dollars today. Well sort of..it was my money to begin with...unemployment. Ha-Ha Uncle Sam...you had to give not take. And by the way as long as I now own a piece of AIG how about floating me a few thousand so I can earn you some more???? Right!
I did recieve message from an ol'friend( he is getting old, but out of respect for my ELDERS I'll say ol'). He commented on my "scooter" picture on my other sight. We were out "chasing" one nioght on our motorcycles and stopped for gas. I was probably flirting and had a little spill over on my gas tank. Well the car wash was just across the street(fiberglass and pretty paint do not like gas on them) so I rode over to wash her off. As I learn over to put the quarters in the slot(still atop my ride)she went up in flames. There I sat hand full of washer wand and crotch full of fire.YIKES...My buddy hauled ass across the street and helped put us out. That was almost 30 years ago.And wouldn't you know it it was the first thing he said to me in several years. My caption on my photo said" the only girl that never broke my heart is between my legs. She's gone now but looking for replacement." He says..." what no fire extinquisher or car wash close by. My bro...He'll probably remind everyone of it at my funeral..."Here lies Randy, if they have scooters in heaven they better have car washes too."...
Well guess I better sign off for now. Remember Life is always a gamble especially with a hot ride between your legs...Night all
