Another Day in Paradice 12/9/2008 7:39:38 PM
Hello my dear friends, I want to thank you for your love and prayers. I am going into the hospital on Thursday,December 11th to begin chemotherapy for metastatic squamous cell carcynoma. It appears I have had it for awhile,longer even than I suspected. I been "knowing" about a year ago something was very wrong, but blew it off(a gamble...lol...paradice).I have no experience base so I am frightened at times,but I have spent my life diving into the unknown headfirst like a champion...occassionally to my demise...and here I go again,only the stakes are much higher this time.
I know that this will be a very deep,life altering moment in my paradice and that it will end with me being a changed man.No matter what happens I know that I will bre closer to Christ or with him and both are fine with me. Both are my deepest desire.
I am to be in Hutchinson for about a week and then back home.I will try to write and let you know what goes on in my paradice, or at least...if too sick...call my Bonnie and keep you all informed that way. Thank you my friends. I am so glad you are a part of my life.....Lifes a gamble....Write on
