A FATHER HONORS HIS SON
My son with strength of steel
take your place beside heroes and champions
you are without a doubt a person of honor.
Stand tall for eternity.
Let your name be written in the book of champions.
I need not bestow upon you courage,
you were born with it.
I give you a fortified heart to stand like a tree besides
raging waters that will withstand any storm.
As a man you will need strength that flows from
the halls of champions and love from a father’s heart.
I give you father’s love that will supply power
for you to become champion of champions.
I am proud to have you as my son
a man of honor
and with that honor comes my love.
Your destiny is greatness.
You were born with that ability to rise up
and let your voice be heard.
Take pride in everything you strive for,
For the world is yours.
I give you a spirit to endure and faith as a shield,
to walk into a lions den without fear
and the ability from wisdom to know
when the time is right that
the world is yours.
