Anxiety Storm
One, two, three paces--sonic boom.
Lightning--one, two, three paces--sonic boom!
Lungs struggling for air.
Inhaler no help--not asthma.
Lightning--one, two--sonic boom.
Trapped--walls closing in--fear building,
building, building, building!
Black fear growing into blind panic.
Crushing pressure on chest.
No air, no breathe--feels like dying.
In raging panic I fling the door open, and
run into the storm.
Still rational part of my brain screams,
BREATHE, BREATHE, BREATHE!
I obey.
Rain pelts my body--air fills my lungs.
My relaxing brain shouts,
Go inside.
Not Yet, I scream back--must breathe.
Can't face being cage yet.
Seven, eight, nine--
On the tenth breathe I recross the threshold.

Know exactly how you felt at that moment
I used to get those anxiety attacks in my younger days
always thought I was about to die, crazy thoughts
tormented my mind a friend of the family help me out often
by making me relax and clear my mind, after taking a double shot
of any thing strong and it worked, I haven't panic now for quite a while...... Love & Peace be with you
