I wrote this in 2005 as I struggled to hold onto my spiritual connectedness while keeping a heavy focus on the physical world.
Juggling By The Poetess (SRP) I am nothing But a tiny human being, Letting courage show Some of what I’m Seeing. Juggling one big world In each small hand, Stumbling through pools Of dark quicksand. Can’t walk on water Like we did once before. Just skimming the mud To reach the other shore. Can’t stop now! I’ve gone too far! Can’t even rest ‘Til I reach the Star.
