Early in the morning,
before the rising sun.
I set aside this special time,
To thank you, my Lord, Gods Son.

Through the night I have slept,
safe in the shepherds fold.
For this I thank you my sweet Lord,
to you my soul shall hold.

As through the day I go,
your Grace I pray to share.
So all may see you in my life,
help me to show that you care.

When the sun slowly sets,
as this day comes to an end.
For one more day you've brought me through,
