THE RIDERS OF THE WIND

You see its effect, an invisible force. For a moment imagine there are riders who travel unseen on the wind.
*Slowly they gather* *glide across waves,* *minnions of riders* *unseen from our gaze.* *Each* *as the gather* *increases the force,* *then* *when there are many* *on a gale they ride.* *Over the land* *through the streets of the town* *bending the tree tops* *as they turn around.* *The riders unseen* *Riders of the Wind* *encircle the Earth* *then return again.* *All through the night* *into the day* *pushing clouds aside* *out of the way.* *Riders of the Wind* *hold on fast* *many are gathered* *from far distant lands* *shout out aloud* *howl if you dare,* *then take a rest* *let silence be there.*
