There are day's that hit

the high notes and shout

cause no end of excitement

as plans start to breakout,

people stare in wonder

having been so long in doubt,

never believing anyone

could find a way out.

The media men always filled with gloom

distorted the view

for far too long,

small wonder that most people

shook their heads

then turned away,

to them it was

just another day.

But do you know there's optimisim

out there I swear,

stuff all of the news

it will come soon.

Like a crack of thunder

that rips across the sky

there will be a day when the high note

goes so high

every living thing will hold their breath

then what unfolds

will be so grand,

like a piece of music so great in sound.

All will hear it

some will choose not too

making out that they shall escape.

sadly for some

that will be their mistake.

Small narrow

wide or spacious

that is the choice for such a long time

so when that day comes

do not be fooled

by others intentions.

It is the simple things

the meek

not the high and the mighty

that will know for sure

they do not have to wait no more,

to their God they sing out in praise

as this day like no other

hits a note so high,

even the wicked have to sigh.
