Where do you go
what do you say
how do you escape
from the feeling
it's another day
another day.
Glad to be alive
thats how you should feel
not so loathsome inside
yet the truth is
you do
you do.
Shame on you for feeling that way
thats what you feel
others might say.
Yet you cannot help
the feeling inside
you just want to run
run and hide
run and hide.
Make another coffee
walk outside in the dark,
talk to inner self
about those things that hurt,
decide on tomorrow
before its yesterday
release the shackles of troubles you feel
help those pains
fond a way.
