What is forever

how can we understand

a measure of time

with little to grasp,

we need a hand.

Oh yes God we take our pills

attempt to live

as a 'mighty man'

yet in the end

it comes crashing down,

show me forever.

We peer with telescopes

suspended in space,

look outward at the edge

of infinity

into the vast emptiness

of the heavens

as if searching for God

oh the infinate time of your grace,

then we still do not

understand forever

though it stares at us

in the face.

You said that doing your will

relates to living forever

thats a hard thing to imagine

every day when I

look into a mirror.,
