All about the inner you and a positive fight.

Poem Artwork

What ever it is

how big or small

the day ahead of us

is often unknown

secured in worries

things to do,

as well as

things imagined also.

Dream the worst

think chaos supreme

then when your done with all that

be a genius for once

step out of that box

be a pessimistic optimist,

one who is allowed to worry

yet they know it will not happen

well at least not today,

you see they usually tackle

the bad bits first

then have the Latte later,

for today is suffieciant

they were told

its woes to overcome,

so they secure the foundation

the rest is a home run

pessimism has vanished

it has gone..

Too few of us think that we have this day. We have no insurance of a tomorrow. Find beauty, find joy, eat a cupcake. Exercise. Let the world dazzle you and your worries fade--for a moment anyway. Very thoughtful poetry. Loved it.

Easy for you to say. I have managed to get through life with a bit of pessimistic feel to things. Oh, I can, and do, have truly uplifting thoughts, but basically i look at most thing skeptically.
