A thousand years

is but a day

to our creator

God,

that is exactly

what his word says.

So we have little perception of time

only that portion

that is

our hurried lives,

we attempt to do

all that we can

into our almost

three score years and ten,

our pressured

hectic life span.

We grapple with problems

of mental

emoitional

physical forms,

yet seldom find

a way through

any at all.

As for the rest

that drive us mad

we hope in time

they will go and fade,

yet seldom it is

that time is on our side

so often the problems

just mulitiply.

So ponder on this

imagine if

we lived a time frame

like God,

then our life might be

well,

over twenty five million years old.

Now that is something

to contemplate,

for the next time you hear

the tick tick of a clock

consider the seconds that pass,

for to God a second

is about four and a half days

imagine if we

had such time,

maybe

in time

we will,

for now

it is the way it is

we must be patient

stop making ourselves ill.
