C-4 Song written by Glendale Morris

Poem Artwork

                            C-4

Strangle me under
soiled sheets
with your broken
heartstrings and
your broken dreams.

Lay with me
and the dawn gets
left behind.

Caressed by shadow
You're not alone in the dark.
I can never be perished
because I wear my own
mark.

You pray to a beast
Who preys upon your heart.

On the Edge of Words by Debra Kraft

Questions, unquestioned discoveries, and answers in parable and rhyme…. This collection records a journey starting with a 1960s retrospective and the first man on the moon, moving to a new millennium welcomed in with a terrorist spin, family crises,
